I am first time home owner and mostly have no clue of what I am doing. Having said that, In a blink of an eye, my pool went from Blue to “disgusting” Green. I really didn’t know what hit me. I did some research on internet and came across “Arizona Pool Drain” and called up Rich.

I must say that, apart from being a gentleman, Rich is also extremely technical equipped with matters related to pool. He did take time to explain me what was going on and what he was going to do etc etc. Rich showed up at 7:00 AM as promised and started his work. I didn’t even realized that in couple of hours he had single handedly cleaned up all mess to give a sparkling look pool. Today my pool looks newer than my house.

After cleaning my pool, he took time to walk me through on how to maintain my pool and also referred to a Pool Servicing Company, who I am confident would do an equally remarkable job.
Rich in my opinion is a very respectful, committed and sincere guy you would find around. Rich would met all his commitments on time and is certainly the kind of guy I would like to have in my backyard fixing things without me being bothered about what I am stepping into.

It was indeed a great and pleasant experience working with Rich, I would ONLY call Rich for my pool needs and would STRONGLY recommend Rich for anyone’s pool requirement, unlike the other “so called” inexpensive guys out there.

Thanks Rich for such a wonderful experience, You are an ACE in my books.

OMG…if you would have seen my pool before Arizona Pool Drain came, I kid you not it was disgusting! Rich and his beautiful wife Julie came and we searched and we searched and we searched trying to find my sewage drainer — they were not disencourage, we called the property management company their rep came and couldn’t find it, his maintenance man came and he couldn’t find it. Thank God – Rich checked other houses and my neighbor two house down had hers’ visible and allowed us to use her.

I have such a beautiful, sparkling pool…THANK YOU RICH & JULIE!
And I want to thank Russ of Desert Sparkle Pool Care for referring Rich. You guys ROCK!
